The court extended the seizure of the accounts of Blinovskaya’s parents and brother

The Moscow court extended the arrest period for Elena Blinovskaya and her husband on 21 real estate properties in the capital, Yaroslavl region and Moscow region. This became known on Wednesday, October 25.

According to the press secretary of the Zamoskvoretsky court, the arrest period has also been extended for the accounts and funds of the blogger’s parents.

A day earlier, Zamoskvoretsky District Court extended house arrest blogger Elena Blinovskaya. She will remain under house arrest until January 26, 2024.

On April 27, 2023, a criminal case was opened against Blinovskaya due to suspicion of tax evasion. According to investigators, the popular blogger did not pay to the treasury 918 million rubles.On May 16, Blinovskaya contacted fans with the words: “I won’t be with you for long”. It is unknown whether the blogger herself wrote this message or whether someone else did it.

As part of the criminal case, the court arrested the property of the blogger and several companies belonging to her, the total value of which is estimated at 64 billion rubles. At the same time, Blinovskaya’s lawyer denied the information that all this belongs to the blogger.

The court also received another lawsuit against Blinovskaya. A plumber who cleared a blockage in a woman’s home decided to sue the blogger, but he was paid for the work too few.

On August 16, the Moscow City Court left Blinovskaya under house arrest. Decision of the Presnensky District Court was declared legal.
