Technopark “Calibr” received a city incentive for renting two land plots
The Kalibr technology park received a discount from Moscow for renting two land plots. This was announced on Tuesday, October 17, by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.
He noted that such benefits will allow the company to save money for its further development. Organizations with the status of a technology park have the right to lease land plots at a reduced rate – 0.01 percent of the cadastral value.
In total, the Kalibr company leases eight land plots with a total area of more than 11 hectares at a preferential rate; the current benefit applies to plots with a total area of 0.63 hectares.
— This year, additional agreements were concluded with the capital’s technology park to the lease agreements for two plots located on Godovikova Street in the Ostankino district in the north-east of the capital. The benefit is provided for a period of ten years. The company will be able to save about 2.9 million rubles annually on their rental costs,” said Moscow Government Minister and Head of the City Property Department Maxim Gaman.
Moscow investors from the beginning of 2023 got more than 40 hectares of land for the construction of industrial complexes and a technology park. Such measures will allow entrepreneurs to rent land without bidding for a period of five years, and will also ensure employment for citizens.
