The location for summer cafes should be the external surfaces of buildings, courtyards of non-residential buildings, city parks or privately owned land plots.
It is noted that it is not permitted to use verandas for their intended purpose in winter. At the same time, owners need to ensure the safety of structures and promptly clear them of snow and ice.
