Skating rinks in the Moscow region are planned to open from December 1 to 15. Regional Minister of Public Works Mikhail Khaikin announced this on Monday, October 23.

— It is important to pay attention to rental, branding, services, and services. We are doing this work with every municipality,” he said.

According to Khaikin, this year in the Moscow region work will continue to create skating rinks with artificial ice. Such facilities are planned to be implemented in Balashikha, Bogorodsk, Naro-Fominsk, Pushkin and other urban districts, reports TASS.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that preparations for winter season. Specialists will perform rejuvenating and shaping pruning of park shrubs and trees, then plant bulbous trees so that with the arrival of spring, the parks will be decorated with tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and crocuses.

Within preparation for winter Metropolitan services have recently begun washing roads and sidewalks. Also for the autumn-winter period in Moscow prepared 56 snow rafting points.
