Since 2011, 22 bridges have been built in Moscow. This year, the construction of three facilities was completed in the capital. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke about this on Thursday, October 19.
According to him, bridges are currently being built across the Bitsa River, at the Myasishcheva Street alignment, and at the Beregovoy Proezd alignment. In addition, specialists are designing bridges across the Moskva River near Novozavodskaya Street and across the Ramenka River at the extension of Mosfilmovskaya Street.
“The construction of bridges across the Moscow River and other waterways of the capital is one of the priorities of the city’s road program for the coming years,” Sergei Sobyanin wrote in a personal note. blog.

Sergei Sobyanin said that the new pedestrian bridge across two embankments – Presnenskaya and Taras Shevchenko – will simplify the path of citizens to several important objects of the capital. The length of the structure will be 300 meters.
The mayor also announced the imminent opening new bridge between Balchug and Gorky Park. During the work, the nearby streets were not blocked, and the construction site was not fenced. The new bridge will become part of the popular walking route between Gorky Park and the hydroelectric power station.
