On October 22, the Ukrainian agency TSN reported that explosions occurred in the city of Vyshgorod, Kyiv region. An air raid alert was declared in the region.

In addition, the Ukrainian publication “Zerkalo Nedeli” reported on its Telegram channel about explosions in Kherson, controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.

Also on this day, an air raid alert was announced in several regions of Ukraine. It was noted that sirens sounded in the Kirovograd, Nikolaev and Dnepropetrovsk regions, as well as in parts of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.

On the same day, the head of the Kherson administration, Roman Mrochko, stated that explosions had occurred in the city.
