US President Joe Biden, during his address to the nation, said that the world is currently at a turning point, and all decisions made will affect the future. RIA Novosti reports this.
“We are at a turning point in history; the decisions we make today will shape the future for decades to come,” Biden said.
It was previously reported that Biden intends to address the nation in order to convince citizens that ending support for Israel and Ukraine will be more expensive for the country than continuing. Prior to this, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced on the social network X (formerly Twitter) that he had a telephone conversation with US President Joe Biden.
According to the Ukrainian leader, during the conversation he expressed gratitude to the owner of the White House “for the effective implementation of our recent defense agreements.” As Zelensky stated, “Ukrainians were very inspired by the receipt of ATACMS tactical missiles.” The parties also discussed further supplies of long-range weapons, the situation around frozen Russian assets and the situation in the Middle East.
