Another section of the former industrial zone “Prozhektor” is being reorganized in Moscow
In Moscow, as part of the program for integrated development of territories, the reorganization of the former industrial zone “Prozhektor” continues. In the near future, work will be carried out on a site with a total area of 3.12 hectares.
As part of the project, noted Moscow Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov, the construction of about 107 thousand square meters of real estate is envisaged.
According to him, investor funds in the amount of over 13 billion rubles will be invested in the project. The implementation of the project will provide the capital with about a thousand new jobs.
The site on which development is planned is located next to Zeleny Prospekt, within walking distance from the Perovo metro station.
Head of the City Property Department Maxim Gaman clarified that houses will be built under the renovation program and a public and business complex. The residential development area will be 74 thousand square meters, business – 32 thousand.
The remaining areas of the industrial zone will also be gradually developed. The abandoned buildings will be replaced by new buildings and complexes for various purposes.
