An employee of a management company who ran over a woman faces ten years in prison

On Tuesday afternoon, residents of a residential complex in Shchelkovo, near Moscow, complained to their management company about the state of communications. The representative of the “manager” decided to run away from the complaints and moved by car one of the residents. A criminal case has been initiated under the article “Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm.”

According to the Telegram channel of the Moscow Region Prosecutor’s Office, on October 17, 2023, at approximately 15:30, a woman born in 1998 was driving an Audi car and leaving the courtyard area from the street. Kosmodemyanskaya, hit a girl standing near the car. The woman fell directly under the wheels of the car, but the driver did not pay attention to this, but continued driving, running over the unfortunate woman. The victim suffered a double leg fracture and was taken to the hospital in moderate condition.

The representative of the Criminal Code did not escape from the scene of the incident. The police are working with her.

The Shchelkovo city prosecutor’s office controls the establishment of all the circumstances of the accident. A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime provided for in paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate infliction of grievous harm to health, dangerous to human life, with the use of a weapon). The maximum term under this article is 10 years in prison.
