Man found dead at home, wife wounded: hypothesis of attempted murder
The victim was 80 years old. He first shot the woman and then turned the gun on himself.
Late this morning, October 25, an 80-year-old elderly man was found dead in his home in Cuasso al Monte (Varese). His peer also received a gunshot wound. The hypothesis is an attempted murder-suicide. The weapon used was a rifle.
The investigation is at an early stage and what happened to the two elderly people is yet to be reconstructed. Police are working on the case and have also conducted a check at the couple’s home. Listen to relatives and friends.
