Galina Yudashkina, daughter of the late couturier Valentin Yudashkin, has sold an apartment in New York. The heiress noted that she does not regret this act, writes RIA News”.
The apartment was located in a building on Fifth Avenue, opposite New York’s famous Central Park.
Yudashkina explained that it was difficult to sell it, since the building belongs to the cooperative. When selling real estate, the opinions of all residents should be taken into account.
“It was very difficult, because the whole house didn’t want to sell, so that someone could move in and do renovations, they would be disturbed, and so they barely sold,” complained the fashion designer’s daughter.
The heiress emphasized that she was happy to part with her American living space.
According to the agency, Yudashkina did not want to disclose the amount of the transaction. She only explained that the apartment in the center of New York costs more than a million dollars.
Let us recall that the famous fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin died on May 2 at the age of 60 after a serious long-term illness.
