Another industrial accident, again with a tragic outcome. A 55-year-old worker died this morning, Friday, October 20, at a steel plant in Pontida, province of Bergamo. The 55-year-old man, according to the initial reconstruction, was crushed by a car while working in a factory.
The accident occurred shortly after 12:00 p.m. Areu 118 rescuers immediately intervened with two modern rescue vehicles and an ambulance, as well as firefighters, but nothing could be done for him. And his death was confirmed. Carabinieri and police department specialists responsible for industrial accidents are also present on site.
