A gala concert in honor of Teacher’s Day was held at the State Kremlin Palace on Thursday, a TASS correspondent reports.

During the concert, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of professional competitions took place. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova, Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergei Kravtsov, Rector of Moscow State University. M. About competitions

The winner of the “Teacher of the Year” competition received the “Great Crystal Pelican”, the winner in the nomination “Director of the Year of Russia” was awarded the “Crystal Crystal”, and the teacher of the year was awarded the “Crystal Pearl”. Awards were also presented to the winners of the competitions “Teacher-Psychologist of Russia”, “Teacher-Special Pathologist of Russia”, “Master of the Year”, “I Give My Heart to Children”, “First Teacher”.

According to the decree of the Russian government, the winner of the “Russian Teacher of the Year” competition will receive a bonus in the amount of 1 million rubles, and the winners will receive 500 thousand rubles each. The winners of other specified competitions will receive a prize of 200 thousand rubles. These payments will also be exempt from personal income tax.

Awards were presented to the winners, including People’s Artists of the RSFSR Lev Leshchenko and Svetlana Kryuchkova, People’s Artist of Russia Valeria and Honored Artist of Russia Denis Maidanov.

At the end of the concert, the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergei Kravtsov invited Anastasia Baida, a college student of the Lugansk State Academy of Culture and Arts named after M. Matusovsky, to the stage, who dreamed of performing on the stage of the State Kremlin Palace. As a duet they performed the song “Where the Motherland Begins.”
