Usik’s manager explained why Fury will have problems in the fight with the Ukrainian

Egis Klimas, manager of Ukrainian WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight champion Alexander Usik (21-0, 14 KO), explained why his ward faced WBC titleholder Briton Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KO).

“The title of absolute champion has always been the goal. Nobody believed that he could become the absolute champion in the first heavyweight division, nobody believed that he would even move up to the heavyweight division. Look at what he has accomplished and how things have changed.

Fury doesn’t do well against southpaws. And doesn’t look good against smaller guys. And Usik has both. He’s smaller than Fury and also left-handed, so we’ll see how it all pans out,” ProBoxTV quoted Klimas as saying.
